Policy


Please read and understand all terms and policy before booking online below:


  1. Please keep in mind that showing up late for an appointment will affect the length and nature of your service. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes late. Unfortunately, arriving after 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation and the associated cancellation fee.
  2. Please call or text to reschedule or cancel before 24 hrs of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
  3. Any cancellations or changes within 24 hrs will be charged 50% of booked services. No exceptions
  4. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. No exceptions.
  5. A credit card is required to hold or schedule an appointment
  6. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our studio atmosphere.
  7. If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. We’re passionate about ensuring our clients are satisfied, so if you aren’t happy with your lashes for any reason, please notify us within 48 hrs of your last appointment.
